How it works

From at-home impression kit to custom-fit tray.

The process is designed to help customers capture the nail shape at home, confirm the impressions with photos, and send approved impressions back for fabrication.

1 At-home impression kit
2 Photo review before mailing
3 Custom trays made from your nails

The process

Six controlled steps, one custom result.

  1. 1

    Order the impression kit

Receive putty, return supplies, and instructions for the selected toenails or fingernails.

  2. 2

    Prepare the putty

Follow the included timing and mixing instructions before placing the material over the nail.

  3. 3

    Capture each nail

Place the putty over the nail, apply pressure, and allow the impression to form.

  4. 4

    Number the impressions

Mark the impressions in order so each finished tray matches the correct nail.

  5. 5

    Send photos for approval

Photos are reviewed before the impressions are mailed back, helping reduce remakes and delays.

  6. 6

    Receive finished trays

Approved impressions are used to create trays shaped for your exact nail anatomy.

Quality check

Photo review happens before fabrication.

Before you mail Send impression photos first so obvious issues can be caught early.
