Frequently asked questions
The questions customers usually ask first.
We kept this page focused on the details that matter most: what the tray is, how the impression process works, and what happens after checkout.
What is Custom Nail Tray?
Custom Nail Tray is a made-to-order tray designed from your impressions so nail care products can stay in closer contact with the nail plate.
Is this a medication or a medical treatment?
No. The tray is a custom product that helps hold nail care products in place. It is not a medication, and it is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
Can I use it with antifungal ointment, moisturizer, or repair serums?
Yes. The tray is meant to help keep nail care products in close contact with the nail surface for longer, cleaner wear.
Does it work for toes and fingers?
Yes. The order flow is built for either toes or fingers, and the impression kit is customized to the nails you want to treat.
How does the impression process work?
You order the kit, take the impressions at home, send us photos for review, and mail the approved impressions back for fabrication.
What happens after I place my order?
After checkout, you’ll receive next-step instructions by email with the information you need to begin the impression process.
What if my impressions do not come out right?
If the first try needs help, replacement supplies and support are available so you can take another attempt before mailing anything back.
How long does shipping and turnaround take?
Shipping is fixed, and the production timeline depends on the order details and whether rush production is selected. You’ll see the next steps after checkout.
